I am Danielle the CEO and Confectionist of all the cheesecakes and other dessert items. I love what I do but it's hard sometime when you are doing everything yourself. I start my day by creating a To Do List. I compose the list and try to get as much done as possible on a daily basis. So I will give you a day in the life of Annie Mae's Cheesecakes. I am constantly adding to the menu, trying to come up with ways to market and promote AMC=Annie Mae's Cheesecakes. There are days when I cry tears of joy and then there are those days when I want to pluck out both my real and false eyelashes. LOL. That is the life of an entrepreneur.
