It is the sole responsibility of the cake recpient or purchaser to make sure that they or someone is available for cake delivery. Be sure to provide us with a valid phone number and email addres so the we can update you on the tracking of your package.Annie Mae's Cheesecakes will NOT be liable for non-delivery of a cake/cakes due to the person not being home for delivery.
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the content or quality of our product, it will be replaced to your satisfaction.
If your cake should arrive damaged, we will replace it/them at no additional expense to you only if Annie Mae's Cheesecakes is responsible for damage.
Our catalog is located on a secure network. For your protection, all payment information is encrypted for maximum security.
We do NOT share your information with anyone! We never recieve your credit card information.
Only our payment processor has that information.
Catered Events Policy
Here at Annie Mae’s Cheesecakes we require that you give us a 30 day notice for your event. A 50% deposit is required. If cancellations have to be made for any reason ,we will return your deposit minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations have to be made 3 weeks prior to event or a refund will not be issued. No exceptions.
Corporate Accounts
For corprate events there is a $200 minimum for large events(200 guests) and a $100 minimum for small events(50 guests).
We have to be give 3 week notice of the event.
We offer 15% discount for LARGE corporate events
We offer 10% for SMALL corporate events.
We require a 50% deposit which is refundable minus a 30% cancellation fee. You would need to cancel within 7 days of the event.

A: Little Bitties serves 1 / Little Annies serves 2 / Big Granny serves 8-10
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Debit, Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For our wholesale customers ONLY, we also accept payment by check.
Q: Are your cheesecakes made to order?
A: Yes, our cheesecakes are made to order almost exclusively to ensure your cheesecake is the freshest possible.
Q: Can cheesecakes be re-frozen?
A: Yes, cheesecakes can be refrozen - in fact they taste even better after they have been frozen. Frozen cheesecakes can last up to three months. We do not advise doing this in extreme hot places. |
